Piper strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They claimed a resounding 60-29 win over the Coconut Creek Cougars. This was payback for the Bengals, who suffered a 59-31 loss the last time these two teams met.

Piper's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Janiya Joassin, who posted 17 points. Joassin has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more points the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Aysia Sears, who earned 13 points.
