Soccer Recap: Middle Tennessee Christian Comes Up Short

Middle Tennessee Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the University School of Nashville Tigers, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Middle Tennessee Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 257th, while University School of Nashville are ranked 127th).

Middle Tennessee Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7-2. As for University School of Nashville, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Middle Tennessee Christian will face off against Agathos Classical at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Middle Tennessee Christian will be up against Agathos Classical's rather soft defense (which has allowed 7.5 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for University School of Nashville, they will square off against Grace Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
