Recap: Providence Hall Patriots vs. American Heritage Patriots
The Providence Hall Patriots's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fifth straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 73-58 to American Heritage. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Providence Hall lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Dawson McDermaid, who scored 13 points along with four steals. Another player making a difference was Connor Ballard, who scored ten points along with two steals.
Providence Hall's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for American Heritage, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-9.
Providence Hall will take on American Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. American Heritage knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five matches -- so hopefully Providence Hall likes a good challenge. As for American Heritage, they will look to defend their home court against Providence Hall at 7:00 p.m.
