In what's become a running theme this season, the Tuslaw Mustangs gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Lake Catholic as Tuslaw made off with a 55-30 victory. The victory was familiar territory for Tuslaw who now have five in a row.
Tuslaw got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Destiny Dulkoski out in front who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Dulkoski has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Rowbotham, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
Tuslaw has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for Lake Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-15.
Tuslaw will head out on the road to square off against Columbia at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Columbia is on a six-game streak of home wins, Tuslaw a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. Lake Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
