The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by six runs or more this season.
Allie Hanson made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season. She was even better at the plate, going 4-for-5 with one home run, eight RBI, and three runs. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February of 2024.
In other batting news, Dobson let Natalie Hamblin and Emrey Walker run wild.
