Baseball Recap: Greer Takes a Loss

Greer suffered their closest defeat since March 6th on Monday. They fell just short of the Asheville Christian Academy Lions by a score of 4-2. The Yellow Jackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greer's loss dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Asheville Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-17 record this season.

Greer has already played their next contest, an 11-7 victory against Woodruff on the 30th. As for Asheville Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 17-7 win against Hickory Christian Academy on the 29th.
