Sherman Oaks CES put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Valley Oaks Charter Coyotes by a score of 22-12.

Valley Oaks Charter's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Maverick Mack, who rushed for 63 yards and one touchdown, and Jeremias Buar, who rushed for 71 yards on only ten carries.

Sherman Oaks CES' win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Valley Oaks Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Coming up, Sherman Oaks CES will be playing at home against TEACH Tech Charter at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. The matchup will give the Knights their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Valley Oaks Charter, they will venture away from home to challenge Entrepreneur at 7:00 p.m. on October 4. The Coyotes will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 48.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
