Last Friday, STEM School Highlands Ranch didn't have too much trouble with William Smith at home as they won 52-33. The victory was just what STEM School Highlands Ranch needed coming off of a 68-30 loss in their prior match.
STEM School Highlands Ranch got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Avi Thakkar out in front who scored 11 points along with two steals. Omar Rahin was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Alameda, who are still winless after their tenth game. They were dealt a 81-10 defeat at the hands of Golden on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Alameda has scored all season.
