Volleyball Recap: Hopewell Comes Up Short

If Hopewell was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of West Mecklenburg on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Titans came up short against the Hough Huskies on Thursday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-16, 25-15.

Hopewell's loss dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Hough, the victory got them back to even at 13-13.

Looking ahead, Hopewell will challenge Garinger at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Hough does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
