Croswell-Lexington hadn't done well against Imlay City recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Croswell-Lexington Pioneers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Imlay City Spartans, sneaking past 55-53. That's more bragging rights for the Pioneers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

With that strong performance, Cameron is now averaging an impressive 9.2 rebounds per game. Another player making a difference was Alexa Lengemann, who posted nine points in addition to eight boards and five steals.

Croswell-Lexington's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Imlay City, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-9.
