Soccer Recap: Lin-Wood Takes a Loss

Lin-Wood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-2 to the Littleton Crusaders. Lin-Wood were not able to make up for their defeat to Littleton from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Lin-Wood's loss dropped their record down to 7-9-1. As for Littleton, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lin-Wood will challenge rival Pittsfield at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Littleton is set to square off against their familiar foe Wilton-Lyndeborough at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
