While Peniel Baptist Academy's win against Trinity Christian Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors skirted past the Eagles 8-6. The victory was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won six matches in a row.

Alexis Peacock was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off eight hits (and only one walk). Peacock was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two RBI, and one double.

In other batting news, Allison Peacock was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Adelina Dodge was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Peniel Baptist Academy's record is now 14-3. As for Trinity Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.

Coming up, Peniel Baptist Academy will face off against First Coast Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they will challenge Seabreeze at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Sandcrabs have now posted at least ten runs in their last three games.
