Dubois lost against Meeteetse back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rams came up short against the Longhorns, falling 59-38. The loss put an end to the Rams' undefeated start to the season.

Despite the loss, Dubois still got an impressive performance from Dylan Wagner, who rushed for 172 yards and three scores on only ten carries, and also picked up 35 receiving yards. Wagner's longest rush was for an impressive 65 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Another player making a difference was Zander Hawkins, who rushed for 56 yards and one TD on only five carries.

Meeteetse had a senior duo take command as Jacob Moody gained 294 total yards and seven touchdowns and Clayton Yoder threw for 460 yards and six touchdowns while completing 81.5% of his passes. Yoder also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making ten total tackles. A healthy portion of Yoder's aerial production (96 yards to be exact) went to Brian Lee Anderson, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dubois fell to 2-1. As for Meeteetse, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Dubois will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on HEM at 2:00 p.m. on the 27th. This will be the Rams' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
