Port Jervis has gone a perfect 6-0 against Beacon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Raiders will challenge the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. Port Jervis will be strutting in after a win while Beacon will be coming in after a defeat.

Port Jervis took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Chester as they made off with a 12-3 victory. The win continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Hambletonians: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Beacon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 11-1 to Pine Bush.

Beacon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Port Jervis, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Everything went Port Jervis' way against Beacon when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Port Jervis made off with a 7-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
