Softball Recap: Lindenwold Comes Up Short

Lindenwold was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 19-1 to the Paulsboro Red Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Red Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-0 on April 3rd.

Lindenwold's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Paulsboro, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lindenwold will welcome Penns Grove at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Lions are facing the Red Devils at the right time seeing as the Red Devils are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Paulsboro, they will challenge Camden Academy Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
