The Cisne Runnin' Lions will square off against the Brownstown/St. Elmo Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Cisne fell victim to Galatia/Thompsonville and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Bearcats. The shutout was out of character for the Runnin' Lions seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Meanwhile, Brownstown/St. Elmo came up short against Central A & M on Thursday, falling 10-1.

Cisne has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for Brownstown/St. Elmo, their loss dropped their record down to 8-14.
