Volleyball Recap: Somerset Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Somerset can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Rice Lake Warriors on Thursday. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Somerset's loss dropped their record down to 13-17. As for Rice Lake, their win bumped their record up to 22-10.

Somerset does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rice Lake, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against St. Croix Central on the 25th.
