Basketball Recap: Leicester Takes a Loss

Leicester lost against Auburn back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Leicester Wolverines took a 60-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Auburn Rockets. That's two games in a row now that the Wolverines have lost by exactly eight points.

Leicester has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Auburn, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Leicester will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Tahanto Regional at 6:30 p.m. As for Auburn, they will challenge Montachusett RVT at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
