Volleyball Game Preview: Alamance Christian Warriors vs. Triad Baptist Christian Academy Titans

After both having extra time off, the Alamance Christian Warriors and the Triad Baptist Christian Academy Titans will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Alamance Christian sitting on three straight wins and Triad Baptist Christian Academy on 16.

Alamance Christian will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Vandalia Christian, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Vikings on Tuesday.

One reason for the win was Alamance Christian's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-8, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Triad Baptist Christian Academy got the win against Asheboro Hybrid Academy on Monday by a conclusive 3-0.

While Triad Baptist Christian Academy might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Asheboro Hybrid Academy scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-23, 25-21.

Triad Baptist Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 16-0. As for Alamance Christian, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.

Alamance Christian took their victory against Triad Baptist Christian Academy when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
