Basketball Game Preview: Riverside Bulldogs vs. Bruce Trojans

The Riverside Bulldogs will head out to face off against the Bruce Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Riverside fought the good fight in their overtime contest against O'Bannon on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Greenwaves by a score of 36-33. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Bruce was beaten by Ingomar 65-14 on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now lost five in a row.

A'Toria Knox was Bruce's leading scorer, having posted seven points.

Riverside now has a losing record at 10-11. As for Bruce, their loss dropped their record down to 13-11.
