            The Ridgeview Mustangs will head out on the road to  take on  the Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many  runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.
Things were looking good for Ridgeview after they put the first  runs on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They lost  11-1 to Heyworth. The  contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring  match so far this season.
 Ridgeview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Max Mason, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
 Meanwhile,  it was a proper cat-fight when Gardner-South Wilmington faced off against Wilmington on Friday. The Panthers came up short against  the Wildcats, falling  10-0. The  defeat   continues a  trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost six in a row.
 Gardner-South Wilmington's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Ridgeview, they moved to 5-4-1 with that  defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
Ridgeview's speedy runners might be the difference in Tuesday's   game. The Mustangs have been swiping bases left and right this season,  having  averaged 4.2  stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Gardner-South Wilmington, though, as  they've been averaging  only 1.1  stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Ridgeview continue to outrun the ball?
