Lyla Tate was a one-man wrecking crew for Heyworth as she had 13 kills, seven digs, two aces, and a block. Tate is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in the last 12 games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Riddle, who had four digs and 22 assists.
Judah Christian's loss dropped their record down to 17-14. As for Heyworth, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 21-12.
Judah Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Heyworth, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Oblong on the 5th.
