Maryland High School Lacrosse - Rising Sun overwhelms Elkton
The crowd at Thursday's league game between the Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD) and the host Elkton Golden Elks (Elkton, MD), saw Rising Sun's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Elkton by a final score of 13-9.
The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Aberdeen was overwhelmed by Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD), 12-8, in a non-league game.
The Golden Elks (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against North East (North East, MD). The Indians go into the Cecil County bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, North East nudged Perryville (Perryville, MD), 9-8, in a league bout.
