Beatty Rangers (Cassopolis, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Eau Claire Beavers (Eau Claire, MI), 2-0 in a league bout.

With the win, Beatty upgrades its record to 13-0 on the season. The Rangers travel to Marcellus (Marcellus, MI) to play the Wildcats in a Southwest 10 bout on Monday, February 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Marcellus won 70-60 in their recent league bout against Bloomingdale (Bloomingdale, MI)

Next up, the Beavers play the Bangor Vikings (Bangor, MI) in a Southwest 10 bout, on Friday, February 9. Eau Claire will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 66-52 league loss to Centreville (Centreville, MI).
