The Goodhue Wildcats baseball team (Goodhue, MN), was overwhelmed 13-0 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms (Blooming Prairie, MN)
The Awesome Blossoms now hold a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Medford for a non-league outing on Monday, April 27. Blooming Prairie will confront a Tigers team coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton (Janesville, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Kasson-Mantorville Komets (Kasson, MN) in a Hiawatha Valley outing, on Tuesday, April 28. Goodhue will attempt to advance on its 0-8 season record. The Komets go into the outing with a 10-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Zimmerman (Zimmerman, MN).
