Alliance Bulldogs (Alliance, NE) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Sidney Red Raiders (Sidney, NE), 63-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Alliance upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Pine Bluffs (Pine Bluffs, WY) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Pine Bluffs lost 64-63 in their recent non-league bout against Saratoga (Saratoga, WY)

Next up, the Red Raiders play the Ord Chanticleers (Ord, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 27. Sidney will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Chanticleers come into the bout with a 0-6 record after their 41-32 league loss to Centura (Cairo, NE).
