The Homer Knights basketball team (Homer, NE), dropped 50-42 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Pender Pendragons (Pender, NE)

The Pendragons now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Omaha Nation for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 11. Pender will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 87-40 non-league win over Siouxland Christian (Sioux City, IA). The Chiefs record now stands at 7-5.

The Knights (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Hartington-Newcastle (Hartington, NE). The Wildcats come into the C2 District 5 battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Hartington-Newcastle dropped by Winside (Winside, NE), 46-43, in a non-league battle.
