North Caroline hadn't done well against Kent Island recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Buccaneers by a score of 6-1. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Buccaneers last Tuesday, they had to take a 5-0 loss.

North Caroline's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Kent Island, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 8-10.

Coming up, North Caroline will head out to take on Parkside at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Rams will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight. Kent Island does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
