A Season-Best Performance from Trevan Crane Leads Yreka over Central Valley
On Friday, Yreka got the W thanks in part to Trevan Crane playing the best football he has all season. Crane's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards dating back to last season. His longest rush was for an incredible 77 yards.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Yreka, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Crane and Yreka will venture away from home to face off against Lassen at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Dathen Moore's Big Game Leads Lassen over West Valley
Dathen Moore's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his eighth-straight game with 106+ rushing yards. He rushed for 164 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.1 yards per carry.
Moore is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Yreka on Friday. Moore rushed for 193 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries the last time he and the Miners duked it out back in October of 2023.

Anderson had to settle for second on Friday, but Alias Raby sure wasn't going down easily. Raby was dynamite, forcing a fumble and making 11 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
