Runge is 0-6 against Moulton since January of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Runge Yellowjackets will head out on the road to face off against the Moulton Bobkatz at 6:00 p.m. Runge is hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Last Friday, Runge was the victim of a rough 34-14 defeat at the hands of Agua Dulce.
Meanwhile, Moulton beat Pettus 45-36 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Moulton.
Runge's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Moulton, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.
Runge was dealt a bruising 72-16 loss at the hands of Moulton when the teams last played back in January. The game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Runge was down 47-2.
