The Desert Mirage RAMS's's five-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat West Shores 56-25 at home. Desert Mirage's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Desert Mirage got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was George Miranda out in front who scored five points along with 14 rebounds and nine steals. Miranda set a new season high mark in assists with five. Another player making a difference was Luis Jimenez, who scored nine points along with ten rebounds and six steals.
Desert Mirage's win bumped their record up to 1-5. As for West Shores, they bumped their record down to 0-10 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Desert Mirage won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Desert Hot Springs at 5:30 p.m. on December 13th. Desert Hot Springs has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 1-2 during that stretch of close contests. West Shores will be home for the holidays to greet Entrepreneur at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
