Ramah is 1-9 against Navajo Pine since February of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Ramah Mustangs on the road again and play against the Navajo Pine Warriors at 2:30 p.m. on January 27th.
Ramah suffered their biggest loss since December 7, 2023 on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 77-46 loss at the hands of Quemado.
Meanwhile, Navajo Pine earned a 50-38 win over Tse' Yi' Gai on Saturday. The victory was just what Navajo Pine needed coming off of a 54-31 loss in their prior contest.
Navajo Pine relied on the efforts of Kyle Catron, who scored 14 points, and Nehemiah McDaniel, who scored 19 points. Another player making a difference was Gentry Arthur, who scored six points.
Ramah's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Navajo Pine, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.
Ramah took a serious blow against Navajo Pine in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 68-41. Can Ramah avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
