 In other batting news, Fort Wayne Northrop got a  massive  performance out of  Marion Wyss, who  went 2-for-3 with three  runs, a  triple,  and  an  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Kamea Sanchez, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 The  victory  got Fort Wayne Northrop back to even at 7-7. As for Fort Wayne North Side, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.
