If New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Kenyon-Wanamingo, they should've done a better job of containing Emilie Jarvis. Meanwhile, Fillmore Central made easy work of Alden-Conger on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory.
Fillmore Central walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-9, 25-17.
Kenyon-Wanamingo's victory bumped their record up to 24-4. As for Fillmore Central, their win bumped their record up to 24-6.
