North Callaway's win on Wednesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lakyn Hartley, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Hartley continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Blevins, who scored seven points along with eight assists and seven rebounds.
North Callaway's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for South Callaway, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
North Callaway won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Hermann at 4:30 p.m. on January 11th. South Callaway will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Linn at 6:00 p.m. on January 12th. Linn presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than South Callaway in Missouri (Linn is ranked 135th, while South Callaway is ranked 438th).
