If St. Ignatius wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played St. Edward, they should've done a better job of containing Brandon White. The Eagles took down the Wildcats 45-31 on Friday with plenty of help from White, who rushed for 232 yards and three TDs while picking up 10.5 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 68 yards.

The victory made it two in a row for St. Edward and bumps their season record up to 6-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points over those games. As for St. Ignatius, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Looking ahead, St. Edward will look to defend their home field on Friday against Clarkson N at 7:00 p.m. As for St. Ignatius, they will head out on the road to challenge Archbishop Moeller at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
