Fulton Science Academy needed a changed in momentum after dropping five straight games and they got it from Julian Edney. Everything went the Mustangs' way against the William & Reed Academy Warriors on Tuesday as they made off with a 75-53 win for which the team can thank Edney, who went 13-for-23 on his way to 34 points and five steals. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Luke Turney was another key player, shooting 55% from the field to rack up 14 points along with six rebounds and five assists. He has been hot recently, having also posted five or more steals the last three times he's played.

Fulton Science Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for William & Reed Academy, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 8-1.

Coming up, Fulton Science Academy will take on Cross Keys at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs are facing the Phoenix at the right time seeing as the Phoenix are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. William & Reed Academy will take on Atlanta International in a holiday battle at 6:30 p.m. on the 17th.
