Western Hills has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on the Holy Cross Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 75-29, which was the final score in Western Hills' tilt against the Flyers last Friday. While losing is never fun, Western Hills can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 177th, while the Flyers are ranked 13th).
Meanwhile, Holy Cross can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 58-13 win over Iroquois. The victory was nothing new for Holy Cross as they're now sitting on four straight.
