Gilbert Classical Academy's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They put the hurt on the Pima Roughriders with a sharp 3-0 win. The Spartans were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Roughriders, so the Spartans were just returning the favor.

Gilbert Classical Academy's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Pima, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-11.

Coincidentally, Gilbert Classical Academy and Pima will both be playing Miami the next time they take the court. The Spartans will head out to face the Vandals at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Roughriders will host them at 6:00 p.m. on the 21st.
