Baseball Recap: MVP Baseball Academy Falls to Southeastern Prep Academy National in First Game of Season

MVP Baseball Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 12-7 to the Southeastern Prep Academy National Falcons on Friday.

ROBKLEINER GARCIA made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of CESAR ALBARRAN, who scored a run and stole one base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. MVP Baseball Academy will challenge FSBE Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southeastern Prep Academy National, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against MVP Baseball Academy at 1:30 p.m. on February 12th.
