Volleyball Recap: Clear Creek Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Clear Creek entered their tilt with Clear Falls on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Knights 3-0. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-11, 25-15.

Mia Eason paced Clear Creek's offense, picking up 16 kills. Eason got some help from Camdyn Cole and her 29 assists. Elissa James and Sofia Dhanji kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Sophia Green and Delaney Duckett certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Green had 13 digs and two assists, while Duckett had seven assists. Green is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 14 games she's played.

Clear Creek now has a winning record of 16-15. As for Clear Falls, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-16 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Clear Creek is set to square off against their familiar foe Clear Brook at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Clear Falls will take on rival Clear Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
