Hinton barely beat Lawton-Bronson the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blackhawks' pitchers stepped up to hand the Eagles a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Blackhawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by eight runs or more this season.

Hinton pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Lawton-Bronson, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Coming up, Hinton will host Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Hawks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.67 runs per game on average), something the Blackhawks will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Lawton-Bronson, they will challenge West Monona at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
