While Manitowoc Lincoln's victory against Pulaski wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Ships' pitchers stepped up to hand the Red Raiders a 2-0 shutout on Friday. The Ships' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Manitowoc Lincoln saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nick Braun, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double. That's the most hits Braun has posted since back in April of 2024. Benson Dickrell was another, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one double.

Manitowoc Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Pulaski, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Coincidentally, Manitowoc Lincoln and Pulaski will both be playing Notre Dame Academy the next time they take the field. The Ships will host the Tritons at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Red Raiders will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
