Westfield entered their tilt with Westport on Sunday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They never let the Wildcats get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. Considering the Bombers have won 13 contests by more than six runs this season, Sunday's blowout was nothing new.

Westfield's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-6. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.8 runs over those games. As for Westport, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-8.

Westfield wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 12-0 victory against Woburn Memorial on the 2nd. As for Westport, they have also already played their next game, a 13-4 loss against Hoosac Valley on the 2nd.
