Softball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Eastside

While Eastside's win against Littlerock wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lions narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Lobos 6-4. The win was familiar territory for the Lions, who have now won three matches in a row.

Bethanie Jimenez was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two doubles, and two RBI. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in May of 2024.

Eastside was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .414. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .367 or higher in six consecutive contests.

Eastside's record is now 13-9-1. As for Littlerock, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

As of now, neither Eastside nor the Lobos have any future games scheduled.
