Hope Christian got off to a slow start in their matchup two weeks ago against Unbreakable Knights, but they had no such trouble against Lyman Ward Military Academy as they cruised to a 36-point first half. Lyman Ward Military Academy wasn't quite able to keep up, scoring 20 to make it 36-20 heading into the break. The other side of the ball was dominant for Hope Christian in the second half, holding Lyman Ward Military Academy to a measly 6 points.
Senior Jackson Davis, who rushed for 147 yards and 3 touchdowns, was a major factor in Hope Christian's success.
