After soaring to 55 points the game before, the John F. Kennedy Fighting Eagles were a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They were beaten by John Hay 69-20. John F. Kennedy has not had much luck with the recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Tylia Parker continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for John Hay, scoring 19 points along with seven steals. Parker is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least four every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Carr, who scored 18 points.
John F. Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for John Hay, their victory bumped their record up to 13-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. John F. Kennedy will face off against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rhodes is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games. As for John Hay, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Tigers at 3:30 p.m. on February 3rd.
