River Dell won the last time they faced Passaic Valley, and Aditya Pandya did his part to make sure it happened again. The River Dell Golden Hawks skirted past the Passaic Valley Hornets 55-52 thanks in part to Pandya, who almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine boards. His afternoon made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points.

Regan Joyce was another key player, going 5 of 7 on his way to 10 points. Those ten points gave him a new career-high.

The win made it two in a row for River Dell and bumps their season record up to 8-12. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points over those games. As for Passaic Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. River Dell won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Indian Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Passaic Valley, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on Wayne Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wayne Valley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.4 points per game this season.
