The Carrollton Warriors's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Alliance Aviators at 7:00 p.m. on December 15th. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Carrollton's 21-4 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They lost to Harrison Central on the road by a decisive 60-45 margin on Tuesday.
Carrollton's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Lincoln Mallarnee, who scored 23 points, and Braylen Murphy who scored 17 points. The contest was Mallarnee's third in a row with at least ten points.
Meanwhile, Alliance was beaten by Louisville 74-32 on Tuesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Alliance has scored all season.
Carrollton's loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-4. As for Alliance, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Carrollton didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Alliance in their previous matchup back in January, but they still walked away with a 65-60 win. Does Carrollton have another victory up their sleeve, or will Alliance turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
