Blanchard can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They blew past Bethany 27-7. With Blanchard ahead 27-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Carson Cooksey was the offensive standout of the matchup as he threw for 299 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.5 yards per attempt. Blanchard also got help from Coric Pierce who showed off his sure hands for 103 receiving yards.

Meanwhile, Tecumseh's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 34-21 to Bridge Creek.
Blanchard's win was their sixth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 8-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.0 points per game. As for Tecumseh, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Blanchard against Tecumseh in their previous matchup back in November of 2022 as the team secured a 48-18 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Blanchard since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
